Designed by Paul Pivcevic, the tool enables cross function teams to engage in a quality of conversation that illuminates critical ´health´ issues that arise during complex change. After initial work within a government organisation, the approach has now been more fully tested in the Patent Office. Feedback on the product from this organisation has been exemplary.
